CIC Fassina. Cava Interpretation Center
Do you know what a fassina is? Would you like to know more about the phylloxera and hold it in your own hands? We propose you a route through the world of cava in which you will get to know its origins, its history, its production process and varieties, and a chance to share with others its spirit of celebration and festivity.
The exhibition is open from 10.00 to 14.00 daily (closed every Monday)
