THE VISIT TO NADAL CELLAR
Cava Gran Reserva. The ultimate expression of our Estate. They are exclusively elaborated with the most exceptional crops.
Come and enjoy a guided tour through the vineyards of Nadal Estate and a unique tasting of Gran Reserva sparkling wines from the best harvests.
We will visit the cellar and will pass through the different levels of the cava process. We will go 60 feet down and visit the original cave where all the bottles are aging.
Once we’ve visited the cellar, we will taste a complete range of products of cava Gran Reserva and Noble Wines from the best harvests and will give you a personalized cava glass as a gift.
Don’t miss the opportunity to get to know one of the most traditional cellars in Penedes.

Cold starters:
(paired with cava Nadal Salvatge Rosé)
Toast with “escalivada” and anchovies

Carpaccio of “foie”
Hot starters:
(paired with white wine Nadal Xarel•lo 2011)
Fried small squids
&
Green asparagus cooked on a hot stone with spanish ham.
Main dish to choose:
(paired with red Penedes wine)
½ Ox sirloin on a hot stone
or
½ Duck breast on a hot stone
or
Oven baked cod with garlic sauce
Desserts to choose:
(paired with cava Nadal Salvatge GR 2007)
Mandarin sorbet with marc de cava
