produced wine-based spirits built in 1814, the Cava Interpretation Centre invites you to discover the origins of Catalonia’s
sparkling wine, cava, the history of the vines, its architecture, the
people at the centre of the wine industry and the spirit of
celebration that have made Sant Sadurní d'Anoia the capital of cava.
Do you know about the cocoa bean and
its aroma after roasting? Delve into the exciting world of chocolate
by taking a journey through the different stages of its production.

let yourself be transported by a whole world of sensations.
At the Cava Interpretation Centre you’ll find:
