Visits à la Carte by Freixenet "Introduction to tasting"
At the Freixenet Winery we offer private tours for visitors who are looking for something a little bit special. These visits, always guided, allow a much more in depth look at the world of cava. The tour will be rounded off by a tasting with commentary that matches our Cavas with different elements of the Catalan food, such as cured ham, cheese, foie, sausage, iberian pork loin and bread with tomato.
VISIT À LA CARTE "INTRODUCTION TO TASTING": The visit will allow visitors to immerse themselves in the world of smells and learn to detect, identify and relate them with plants and fruits that appear also in our cavas. This is often one of the most difficult phases of tasting and many cava lovers desist because of the aromas and flavors perceivable. In this workshop we will learn to educate our olfactory memory and enjoy this game for the senses.
