Savour the traditional Catalan cuisine cooked with cava essence at Fonda Neus Hotel. In 1929, great-grandmother Neus and her daughter Teresa, took charge of the stoves and they started to cook home-made dishes for the cart drivers and guests from their own Inn. The Phylloxera menu, a seasonal menu, gathers the memories and nostalgy from that time in a traditional cuisine elaborated with seasonal products.
