Tasting Room of Chocolates Simón Coll: Aromatic Cocoas. Journey to the origins.
We will discover there is a world beyond chocolate in the Aromatic Cocoa Factory and the Tasting Room of Simón Coll Xocolaters.
A world that we will discover by starting an audiovisual journey to the cacao origins that will bring us to know its habitat and how the fruit develops until it arrives in our hands here in Simón Coll. A journey where we will make our chocolate as maya culture did, we will taste different types of cocoa beans (raw and roasted), we will see the inside part of a cocoa bean and we will become experts on tasting chocolate that will let us taste the aromatic cocoas from origins like Madagascar, Nicaragua or Perú.
Finally, the experience will end up by visiting our centre I+D of restored machines from the old Simón Coll factory. Here is where we investigate with cocoa and chocolate and where we elaborate limited and phase test productions.
An activity to work the motivation and cohesion of the group, and to complement a work meeting in a place out of the office.
The space has a maximum capacity of 16 people and could offer exclusivity.
