Cal Blay Vinticinc gastronomic restaurant is located in a modernist winery from 1905. There you can taste each and every one of cavas Sant Sadurní (120) and many other regions, because this is the home of the culture of wine and cava.
30 years after the opening of our first restaurant, we invite you to participate in our research of taste, combining the knowledge of traditional and new culinary trends.
We have three areas to enjoy the best cuisine. Each room is decorated with a wine concept: The Tannin room (40 people), the Cava and Vineyard room(80-90) and the Phylloxera room (12 people).
Numerous details make this restaurant a unique and very special; Guests can play the game of aromas of cava, or wash their hands with towels scented with cava. We want to bring the spirit of wine, cava and Penedès to your senses and palate.
